About the Role:

Join Ellie Mental Health as a Pre-Licensed Mental Health Outpatient Therapist in Fredericksburg, VA, where you will play a vital role in supporting individuals on their journey to mental wellness. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to grow your skills in a collaborative and compassionate environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct individual, couples or family therapy sessions with clients to address mental health concerns.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote client progress.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Participate in regular supervision and training to enhance clinical skills.

Engage in community outreach to promote mental health awareness.

Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling

Active enrollment in a state-approved supervision program for licensure.

Strong understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compassionate and empathetic demeanor towards clients.

Proficient in documentation and record-keeping practices.
