Emerald Search Partners is working with a n established plaintiff-side personal injury firm in their search for a Pre-Litigation Paralegal to join a collaborative legal team. (4753) This hybrid legal assistant/paralegal role supports both an attorney and senior case manager, with a strong focus on personal injury pre-litigation work and some litigation support.
Ideal Candidate:
3–5 years of experience as a paralegal, with at least 3 in personal injury
Strong writing skills and experience managing case files from intake to negotiation
Knowledge of WA State and Federal Civil Rules
Proficient in case management software (e.g., Filevine, Clio, SmartAdvocate)
Team-first mindset; aligned with firm values like client care, excellence, and accountability
