This position is ideal for a highly motivated attorney with 5+ years of experience and an extensive background in personal injury law. You will oversee pre-litigation case development while also managing civil litigation matters in state and federal courts. This is a leadership role reporting directly to the CEO and Managing Attorney, offering a unique opportunity to shape firm processes and mentor team members.

🧠 Key Responsibilities Include:

Oversee and manage a high-volume caseload in both pre-litigation and litigation phases

Draft and review pleadings, discovery, and legal documents

Appear for hearings, depositions, and court proceedings

Evaluate and onboard new cases and meet with potential clients

Supervise and audit case progress while mentoring support staff

Develop and execute case strategies from intake through resolution

Maintain consistent, compassionate client communication

✅ What You Bring:

Licensed California attorney with 5+ years in litigation and personal injury

Deep understanding of medical treatment protocols and PI case valuation

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage people and processes

Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills

Passion for justice and empathy for clients going through challenging times

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team
