We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team. The Pre-Litigation Attorney will play a crucial role in the initial stages of our clients’ personal injury cases. This position requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can handle a high volume of cases, effectively communicate with clients, and work collaboratively with our legal team.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough investigations of personal injury claims.
• Gather and review medical records, accident reports, and other pertinent documents.
• Evaluate the merits of each case and develop a comprehensive legal strategy.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any questions or concerns.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and other parties involved.
• Prepare demand letters and other pre-litigation documents.
• Collaborate with paralegals and other team members to ensure efficient case management.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files.
Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in New Jersey.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on pre-litigation.
• Strong understanding of New Jersey personal injury laws and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high caseload and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in legal research and writing.
