Seeking a full-time Pre-Litigation Case Manager to meaningfully contribute to the growth and success of our rapidly expanding practice. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and compassionate legal professional with at least 2 years’ experience in plaintiff personal injury law. You will manage a full caseload under the supervision of attorneys, acting as the key point of contact for clients, providers, and insurers throughout the life of a case. Heavy phone contact with providers and insurance carriers. Drafting correspondence and other pre-litigation-related documents. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in plaintiff's personal injury law (required). Strong understanding of New Jersey tort law, court procedures, and e-filing systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in legal case management software. Ability to multitask, work independently, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Treat others with respect and contribute to a positive team environment. Strong computer skills with Microsoft Word and PDF conversion software. Excel and PowerPoint experience is necessary. Knowledge of Local and State discovery rules. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Compensation: $60,000 yearly
