About the Role We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Pre-Litigation Case Manager to join our high-performing team. You’ll manage a dynamic caseload of personal injury matters from start to finish — ensuring clients receive consistent communication, compassionate support, and exceptional representation. You’ll guide clients through their medical treatment, gather evidence, and help craft persuasive demand letters that tell each client’s story. Responsibilities: • Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury claims from initial intake to resolution, ensuring each client receives personalized attention. • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, answer questions, and offer compassionate support throughout their legal journey. • Coordinate and oversee clients' medical treatments, ensuring timely and appropriate care to support their recovery and case. • Gather, organize, and analyze evidence to build strong cases that effectively tell each client's unique story. • Draft persuasive demand letters that highlight the impact of injuries and advocate for fair compensation. • Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to strategize and execute case plans that align with our mission of relentless advocacy. • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all case activities, ensuring compliance with legal and firm standards. Qualifications: • Experience in managing personal injury cases from intake to resolution, ensuring personalized client attention. • Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients, providing regular updates and support. • Proven track record of coordinating medical treatments to ensure timely and appropriate care for clients. • Skilled in gathering, organizing, and analyzing evidence to build compelling cases. • Experience in drafting persuasive demand letters that advocate for fair compensation. • Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys and team members to strategize case plans. • Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate and detailed records of all case activities. Compensation: $24 - $34 hourly
