The firm operates with a small, highly collaborative team and offers a hybrid work environment, with 2 days work-from-home flexibility. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced personal injury paralegal who thrives in a demanding, detail-driven practice and plays a central role in moving cases forward.
Practice Background:
The firm focuses exclusively on personal injury matters, handling cases from intake through resolution with an exhaustive, data-intensive approach. Matters move deliberately to ensure cases are thoroughly prepared, with pre-litigation handled through a litigation-focused lens so files remain trial-ready at all times. While many cases resolve before suit, the firm maintains strong trial capabilities and prepares every case accordingly.
Clients are obtained through a mix of referrals and online inquiries, resulting in a diverse client base and a high level of trust. The firm emphasizes integrity, dedication, and personalized client service over volume-driven case handling.
Role Details:
The paralegal role is central to the firm’s workflow and overall success. This position supports both pre-litigation and litigation matters and requires someone who can independently manage a heavy caseload while maintaining precision and organization.
Paralegals are deeply involved in case development, including gathering and analyzing medical records, organizing large volumes of data, drafting pleadings and claim summaries, and proactively advancing cases. The paralegal must independently understand and analyze medical and case files.
