Our law firm is seeking a seasoned Pre-Litigation Personal Injury attorney to join our growing team! If you are highly experienced in pre-lit, can handle a high-volume caseload, are money motivated, and desire to score a win for our injured clients, please apply today. Responsibilities: • Record and update the status of all case files in the case management system • Draft, review, and modify claims, motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents • Represent the client at hearings, trials, mediations, depositions, and litigation • Supervise and delegate tasks to the team of legal assistants, personal injury paralegals, case managers, litigation paralegals, and legal secretary • Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, insurance company adjusters, supporting witnesses, and medical providers to gather information Qualifications: • Up-to-date knowledge of personal injury law/ tort law, wrongful death, civil and family law, medical terminology, and medical malpractice is imperative • Excellent negotiation, drafting, research, and communication skills are desired • Bachelor’s degree and a J.D. degree is required • A minimum of 3 years of personal injury litigation or trial experience in medical malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury, or civil litigation practice areas is necessary • Computer proficiency is essential Compensation: 195000
