The Goddard School of Sienna is seeking a highly organized and passionate Curriculum Coordinator/Office Manager to join our leadership team at The Goddard School. This dual-role position ensures the smooth daily operation of the school while supporting and enhancing our research-based, play-driven curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the implementation and consistency of the Wonder of Learning™ curriculum across all classrooms
Support teachers with lesson planning, classroom setup, and instructional strategies
Observe classrooms regularly to ensure curriculum fidelity and educational excellence
Ongoing professional development for faculty
Manage administrative tasks including organization, front office operations, office and food supply inventory management.
Serve as a positive point of contact for parents, supporting family communication and satisfaction
Ensure compliance with school policies
Ideal Candidate:
Background in Early Childhood Education (CDA and/or Bachelor’s preferred)
Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
At least 1 year experience in a preschool classroom or school environment and school administration
A collaborative leader with a passion for child development and early learning
