What You'll Do

• Lead a structured, engaging preschool classroom
• Support students' academic, behavioral, and social growth
• Implement daily lesson plans aligned to BPI curriculum
• Maintain consistent classroom routines and expectations
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians
• Create a safe, clean, and organized learning environment
• Collaborate with a team focused on results and student success

What We're Looking For

• Passion for early childhood education
• Strong classroom management and consistency
• Team-oriented mindset with a high level of professionalism
• DCF 40-hour training hours
• CPR/First Aid Certification
• Level 2 Background Screening
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
