Responsibilities:

Create and implement engaging lesson plans that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for young learners.

Assess and monitor each child's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.

Encourage creativity and exploration through hands-on activities and play-based learning.

Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.

Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring all materials are safe and accessible.

Communicate effectively with parents, addressing concerns and celebrating achievements.

Stay current with early childhood education trends and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.

Valid teaching license or certification in Early Childhood Education.

Experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with children and families.

Passion for fostering a positive and nurturing learning environment.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team of educators.

First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.

Background check clearance to ensure child safety.
