    Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher/ Toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with young children and a strong understanding of early childhood development. You will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment for toddlers aged [specific age range, e.g., 18 months to 6 years].

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.

    Create a warm, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.

    Monitor and document children’s progress, providing regular feedback to parents.

    Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through hands-on activities and play.

    Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom.

    Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience.

    Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child’s development and any concerns.

    Qualifications:

    Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.

    Knowledge of Montessori methods and principles is preferred but not required.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Patience, creativity, and a strong sense of responsibility.

    Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

    CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
