Pre-Settlement Litigation Specialist

Location: Houston, Tx 77056

Pay: ~$20-21/hr DOE

Hours: 8:30AM - 5:30PM, in-office

Temp-to-hire; full time

Overview:
We are a legal services company specializing in pre-settlement administration for mass tort, class action, and single-event cases. We aim to help claimants access their settlement proceeds efficiently and quickly. We are seeking a Pre-Settlement Litigation Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage claimant contact, including inbound inquiries and outbound calls.
• Address and resolve claimant complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, modifications, and escalations across multiple communication channels.
• Communicate with claimants via phone, email, and other channels.
• Ensure claimants remain informed and supported throughout the process.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to improve service efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven customer support experience with a track record of exceeding goals.
• Strong phone handling and active listening skills; heavy outbound calling required.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management systems and practices.
• Adaptable and able to respond to diverse claimant personalities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
