Responsibilities: • Evaluate and investigate new personal injury claims for merit and liability • Manage a high-volume caseload from intake through pre-litigation settlement • Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates, set expectations, and gather information • Review and analyze medical records, police reports, insurance policies, and other case documents • Coordinate medical treatment for clients and monitor progress • Draft and submit demand packages to insurance companies • Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters to achieve maximum compensation for clients • Prepare cases for litigation if necessary, including detailed case summaries • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation in case management software • Work closely with case managers, intake staff, and litigation attorneys to ensure seamless case progression Qualifications: • Four-year bachelor’s degree and successful completion of law school from an accredited law school • Must be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervision • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills are required, as well as persuasive writing and verbal communication skills • Admitted to local and state bar associations Compensation: $105,000-$125,000 DOE + Bonus Eligible
