Our firm is looking for a reliable, experienced, exceptionally organized professional to join our fast-paced law firm. The right candidate will have experience in the legal industry, specifically experience handling commercial personal injury cases. Bilingual skills required.

Responsibilities:

Handles business-related disputes — contracts, real estate, partnerships, construction claims, business torts, etc

Organizing and managing complex commercial cases, often involving multiple parties, large amounts of documents, and formal litigation timelines

Coordinate case activities with attorney staff

Communicating with corporate clients, insurance companies, opposing counsel

Managing discovery (documents, interrogatories, subpoenas)

Drafting case summaries, timelines, and tracking court deadline

Qualifications/Skills:

Strong organizational skills

Strong understanding of commercial legal issues, experience with court rules and document-heavy cases

Strong client communication skills and followup

Experience collaborating with internal staff to service cases

Job Type: Full-time, salaried with benefits Physical setting: 100%, In-office setting, must be willing to commute to office daily

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30a-5:30p
