    We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable professional to support the preparation, setup, and quality control of pre-roll production. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, follows established procedures, and takes pride in maintaining consistent product standards in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare materials and supplies needed for pre-roll production.
    • Accurately weigh, fill, and assemble pre-roll products according to established specifications.
    • Inspect finished items for quality, consistency, and presentation.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
    • Follow all safety, compliance, and quality assurance procedures.
    • Document production activities and report any irregularities to the supervisor.
    • Support inventory handling, including restocking materials and tracking usage.
    • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
    • Previous experience in production, packaging, assembly, or similar hands-on work is an asset.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
    • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions consistently.
    • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with production targets.
    • Basic understanding of sanitation, safety, and quality standards.
    • Dependable, team-oriented, and able to maintain a professional attitude.
