About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to preschool-aged children.

Facilitate a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration.

Assess and monitor individual student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.

Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and needs.

Organize and participate in daily activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive skills.

Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization to create a positive learning atmosphere.

Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and share best practices.

Encourage creativity through arts, crafts, and storytelling activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.

Valid state teaching certification for preschool education.

Experience working with children ages 3-5 in a classroom setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and parents.

Passion for fostering a positive learning environment and nurturing young minds.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere.

First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.

Creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.
