    Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated early childcare provider to join our team. As an early childcare provider, you will play a crucial role in the growth and development of young children. You will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can explore, learn, and thrive.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide care and supervision for young children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
    • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities, including playtime, arts and crafts, storytime, and outdoor play.
    • Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity, social interaction, and emotional development.
    • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized classroom or childcare space.
    • Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure continuity of care and share updates on their child's progress.
    • Monitor and document children's behavior, milestones, and any concerns, and communicate with management or parents as necessary.
    • Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or early childhood education degree is a plus.
    • Proven experience working with young children, preferably in a childcare or preschool setting.
    • Comprehensive understanding of child development and early education techniques.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and respond to the needs of individual children.
    • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment for children.
    • Current First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
