Compensation:
Compensation is structured to provide income stability while you grow into your role as a clinician.
Typical earnings range from $57,000 – $71,000 annually, depending on licensure and experience, once caseload is established.
Ramp-up income is provided to support income stability while your caseload grows.
Our team handles referrals, scheduling, billing, and insurance processes so you can focus on learning and client care.
About the Role:
As an Associate Therapist at Ellie Mental Health, you will provide outpatient therapy services while receiving support designed specifically for clinicians working toward independent licensure.
You’ll work alongside experienced therapists in a collaborative environment grounded in authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual, family, and group therapy services
Complete assessments and develop treatment plans
Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches
Maintain timely clinical documentation
Participate in supervision and professional development
Collaborate with team members to support client outcomes
Provide crisis support when clinically appropriate
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
Active Colorado associate license (LPCC, LSW, or equivalent)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Desire to grow clinically within a supportive team environment
Commitment to ethical practice and professional development
