Hagadone Media Group is a fast-moving, innovative print and media company. We're looking for a Prepress Technician who is detail-driven, quality-focused, and thrives in a deadline-driven environment. About the Role

****As a Prepress Technician, you'll be responsible for preparing customer-supplied files for production, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and quality from start to finish. You'll work closely with designers, account managers, and press operators to make sure every project is set up for success.

Responsibilities

• Review and preflight customer files for offset, digital, and large-format printing
• Perform color correction, image adjustments, and file preparation
• Create impositions, proofs, and press-ready files
• Troubleshoot and resolve file-related issues quickly and effectively
• Maintain accuracy and consistency in all projects
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet tight deadlines
• Support press operators by providing accurate, calibrated files
• Handle variable data processing (VDP) projects with precision and accuracy
• Track workflow and ensure projects stay on schedule
• Communicate clearly with team members regarding file status or issues

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in prepress or print production (preferred)
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
• Solid understanding of printing processes (offset, digital, large format a plus)
• Experience with variable data processing (VDP) workflows a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to problem-solve and work efficiently under deadlines
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• 8-hour shifts
• On-site only
