For our team of enthusiastic and motivated US developers we are looking for a IT ADMINISTRATOR at Chicago to work with our team to excellence.This role will work closely with our development team (Domestic and International) while setting up set up systems and related processes. The role will be challenging with assured long-term growth prospects while being our ‘Go-To guy' for all aspects related to automating systems, Infrastructure, software builds, release, deployment and distribution.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Configure, administer, install and maintain Linux systems and IT Infrastructure at client location
• Maintain configuration management of systems/environments and document processes
• Make recommendations for solutions to technical problems (e.g., product selection recommendations)
• Manage PreciTaste's internal IT administration tasks
• Serve as a technical resource within the team with some exposure to customer interface
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision to prioritize tasks
• Perform updates and patching of systems
• Contribute to infrastructure improvements, architecture, development, and deployment
• Standardize, develop and maintain common development tools and infrastructure, such as CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, cluster management, config management, etc.
• Work in coordination with a global team, completing tasks in a precise, reliable and responsible way, with a habit to communicate any potential problems or relevant observations back

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5 years of experience in programming with Python and Linux Administration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with OOPs
• Experience with SQL Databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL
• Ability to solve complex business problems by writing simple, effective code
• Ability to leverage structured formats like JSON or XML to build scalable IoT environments
• Experience with at least one SCM system like Git
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• B.S./M.S. in Computer Science or related degree
• Experience with AI environments
