As our Recruiter you will be assisting with onboarding, implementing engagement programs, provide feedback, and acclimate people to the client’s culture and expectations.  Below are qualities we seek for this role;

• Develop and implement appropriate recruiting strategies to maintain a growing candidate pool
• Recruit; Interview, I-9, Job order fulfillment 
• Troubleshoot to resolve the problems or complaints of the client or temporary employees
• Established skills in recruiting, interviewing, and placing personnel according to client needs
• Schedule, check-in and provide an orientation to all temporary employees
• Maintain a qualified pool of quality candidates for various positions Job Requirements
• Prior staffing and/or recruiting experience a plus
• People person, enjoys working with others
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude
• Great at multitasking
• Excellent phone skills
