SELLING BRANCH MANAGER (STAFFING / B2B SALES / OUTSIDE SALES / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT)

SUMMARY: Motivated Sales Professional who will sell staffing services in the Light Industrial and clerical Market in Oxnard CA . Sales Commission, as well as a Base Salary.

JOB SUMMARY: Precise Personnel is currently seeking a Selling Branch Manager with a proven track record of Business to Business Sales for a Business Development/ Operational Management position with our company. This position will be located in Oxnard CA . This individual will be charged with developing new accounts for our offices and maintaining key metric benchmarks set up by our sales team leaders. This role is for sales professionals who thrive in a producer role and are eager and motivated to drive growth through innovation.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:

• Must have a proven track record of successful B2B sales
• Must be able to quantify how you take your product to market
• Concentrate on a territory vs a “region"
• Maintain a good call-to-close ratio
• Be fluent in sales language
• Understand selling a “bill rate"
• Develop, implement & maintain effective & successful strategies for company and self-financial growth.
• Develop referrals and contacts to other potential customers in assigned territory.
• Follow up on leads generated by marketing activities; sales calls/visits

Job Requirements REQUISITE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong leadership
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to set and execute sales calls via telephone and in person
• Ability to translate sales reports, forecasts, and data into tangible information
• Social adaptability is key
• Good management skills
• Able to hire and manage others

COMPENSATION:
