Job Description

Staffing recruiter needed for our Montebello office. Recruiter will be responsible for building a candidate pipeline to meet hiring objectives of the organization. This will include networking, sourcing, developing new recruiting strategies, networking and partnering with hiring manager and talent acquisition to identify sources for candidates. This position is a temp to hire. We are growing and expanding which provides opportunity for advancement. We are a friendly, collaborative team with strong communication while working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements: Bilingual English and Spanish, must be able to work overtime hours and able to be on call on a rotating week. Must have strong experience posting in all social media.

• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting
• Must have good people skills, good attitude and good personality
• Must be able to THINK to find solutions
• Good dependability and punctuality
• Must be able to do reconfirmation on all orders
• Must be able and willing to assist in all areas needed.
