Precise Personnel is hiring for an Entry Level Recruiter in the city of Chino CA. This will be an entry level position, minimal experience needed. WE WILL TRAIN ON MOST JOB DUTIES. Please see requirements below:

MID SHIFT: 8am to 5pm with a one hour Lunch

PAY RATE: $17

MAIN JOB DUTIES:

• Help Associates fill out applications
• Data Entry
• Filing
• Email Clients
• Recruit new associates by making calls
• Recruit using, Zip Recruiter, CareerBuilder, Etc.
• Post Job Ads on Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) 
• Pass out checks to the employees
• Injury Reports
• Other assignments as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be available to work whole shift 8am to 5pm (Monday to Friday)
• Intermediate Computer Skills
• MS Office or Google Sheets Experience
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Self Motivated Individual
• Strong Communication Skills
