Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Answer phone calls
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous commercial insurance knowledge
- Experience with managing client relationships
- Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion
- Works in a self- directed matter
- Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality, i.e., Microsoft Office
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must be willing to submit to a background check
- Property and casualty license( Preferred but not required)- PNC
