    Job Description

    We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
    • Provide information about the products and services
    • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
    • Answer phone calls

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Previous commercial insurance knowledge
    • Experience with managing client relationships
    • Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion
    • Works in a self- directed matter
    • Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality, i.e., Microsoft Office
    • Must be 18 years old or older
    • Must be willing to submit to a background check
    • Property and casualty license( Preferred but not required)- PNC
