We are currently seeking a System Installation Manager to support our Port Huenueme, CA customer. THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD. Responsibilities will include: 

• Installation Manager serves as the overall lead and on-site manager for the Contractor personnel installing the SPY-1B suite at the NSWC PHD SWEF. The Installation Manager is responsible for ensuring the SPY-1 suite is properly installed and tested in accordance with the Navy Total Ship Test Program Manual. The installation Manager must interface with Government personnel managing the SWEF and with the Government Systems Engineering Team.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Experience with Combat Systems installation is desired. Must have experience with Navy program POA&M development, personnel management and project Experience with reporting issues and issue resolution with all levels of civilian and military management and support staff. Familiarity with NSWC PHD policies and procedure for Safety, Hazardous Materials, and Hot Work.

EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics or industrial technology.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

 Customer Services:

Clinical Services:

• Maintains and updates medical records.

• Facilitates medical requests, to include but not limited to, refill requests, work / school notes, and form completion.

• Scans and uploads patient clinical documents into medical chart.

• Process and coordinates all medical provider orders to include but not limited to, diagnostic, referral, pharmaceutical and surgical services.

• Reviews daily provider schedule and ensure all supplies and medical records are ready for patient and provider encounters.

• As directed by medical provider and within scope of practice, provide patient education.

Environmental Services:

• Ensures all equipment in exams and surgical rooms are clean and properly set up.

• Contributes to the overall cleanliness and appearance of personal work space and department.

• Monitors clinical supply levels in exam rooms and stock room and requests when needed.

• Maintains all clinical equipment. Evaluates all equipment for damage or maintenance needs and reports when needed.
