We are currently looking for an FMS Financial Analyst to support or PAX River, MD customer. This position will support the Korea FMS Case. 

RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO - 

• Conduct quantitative analyses of information requiring financial and/or accounting support.
• The FMS Financial Analyst performs business financial management activities in support of FMS pre-case, case execution, reconciliation and case closure activities.
• Analyze total program financial requirements for development of P&A, LOA, amendments, modifications, revisions and other pricing elements.
• Apply knowledge of financial management functions, processes, and analytical methods to evaluate program information required for the Budget Financial Manager (BFM) and Program/Case Manager.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION - 

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• A BA/BS in Financial Management, Technical, or Business Analysis discipline
•  Bachelor’s Degree  can be substituted with six years of additional work experience or with an Associates’s Degree and four years of additional work experience

DESIRED EXPERIENCE -

• Demonstrated knowledge of DoD Federal Management Regulations (FMR), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), PPBE, and DoN procurement policies and procedures experience.
• Knowledge of/experience with Navy ERP. In support of the above functions, a Secret clearance is required for the position.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
