    We are seeking a dynamic and motivated MARKETING AUTOMATION SPECIALIST who is responsible for designing and maintaining prospecting, nurture, CX and customer support campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in Pardot/Salesforce, and at least three years of experience managing marketing automation efforts.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Execute marketing campaign programs by developing emails, landing pages, nurturing programs and web forms using the client's marketing automation platform.
    • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to plan, deliver, and execute successful customer acquisition and marketing programs.
    • Build appropriate taxonomy and segmentation lists of customers and prospects based on digital marketing behavior, such as past email engagement, website interaction (content downloads, website visits, etc.).
    • Measure effectiveness of marketing campaign programs and further optimize to convert leads into customers.
    • Work to protect email retention and minimize list decay and unsubscribes, while increasing the productivity of our email sends.
    • Ensure accurate and complete information is captured through the client's customer relationship management (CRM) systems for sales team to follow-up with.
    • Management of E-Newsletters and email marketing communication.
    • Support and contribute to social media campaign development execution.
    • Support digital marketing efforts as needed.

    Required Experience

    SKILLS & ABILITIES

     

    QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:

    • High proficiency and experience working with the Pardot/Salesforce enterprise-level marketing automation platform a must.
    • Proficiency in Social Media platforms.
    • 3-5 years of marketing automation experience with Pardot, including lists segmentation, campaign design, execution and reporting.
    • 2+ years working with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
    • 2+ years of social media experience with B2B organizations.
    • Must have basic understanding of general database principals.
    • HTML and CSS experience preferred, but not required.
    • Experience with campaign orchestration, nurture campaigns, segmentation strategies and analytics.
    • Creative thinker and self-starter who can work both independently and with cross-functional teams
    • Experience in evolving marketing programs based on performance data, feedback from sales and understanding of the business.
    • Excellent time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to consistently prioritize and manage deliverables from other stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Organized - follows a systematic method of performing a task.
    • Ability to effectively build relationships with customers and co-workers.
