Our team is seeking an Associate Vice President to join our digital team in New York, NY or Washington DC to assist in crafting, and executing, cutting-edge digital strategy for clients ranging from media start ups, corporations and advocacy groups. This person should thrive in a fast-paced environment, want to work in a team-oriented environment, and be inclined to seek out challenges and opportunities.

What You Will Be Doing:

• **__****__**Serve as client relationship manager on digital projects and teams.
• Independently develop and oversee the implementation of digital initiatives and programs.
• Manage several projects from concept to execution, maintaining high quality output and progress to strategic goals.
• Manage an in-house team effectively and efficiently and manage junior and mid level staff.
• Contribute to new business proposals and presentations.
• Work collaboratively across communications, data and digital departments on behalf of clients
• Developing leads for additional work with existing clients and new projects and securing new business.
• Contribute to new business proposals and presentations.

What We Are Looking For:

• 8+ years or excellent experience in communications role in an in-house, government or consultancy environment.
• Experience managing digital programs and sensitive communication issues.
• Deep understanding of digital, email and social media, with a huger for continuing to innovate as technologies evolve.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, energetic, detail-oriented and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Manage and guide junior talent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with colleagues across the agency.

The salary range for this role is $105,000 - 135,000.

Due to the pandemic, we required all employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19. We are currently working in a hybrid model and required staff to work in the office 10 days a month.
