    Our team is seeking a Principal to join our digital team in New York, NY or Washington DC to assist in crafting, and executing, cutting-edge digital strategy for clients ranging from nonprofits and advocacy groups to media start-ups and industry leaders.

    What You Will Be Doing:

    • Develop strategic and tactical plans and content for clients, across existing and emerging digital platforms.
    • Independently manage a client account or be the senior most digital leader on client accounts.
    • Manage several projects from concept to execution, maintaining high quality output and progress to strategic goals.
    • Mentor and manage junior staff members.
    • Draft proposals for business development.

    What We Are Looking For:

    • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven ability to create and lead the execution of effective digital programs.
    • Deep understanding of digital, email and social media, and a hunger for continuing to innovate as technologies evolve.
    • Tactical familiarity with most or all of the following: social media, online advertising, email marketing, content marketing, mobile strategy, digital analytics, web video, social listening, web design.
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
    • Ability to work with colleagues in related fields like marketing, PR, analytics, and technology
    • Creative, energetic, detail-oriented and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit.

    The salary range for this role is $85,000-100,000.

    Due to the pandemic, we required all employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19. We are currently working in a hybrid model and require staff to work in the office 10 days a month.
