Experiencein the garage door industry is required. This position requires a strong knowledge ofgarage door installations, service, garage door products and sales. Qualified applicantmust have experience interfacing and building relationships with garage door vendorsand selling to potential residential and commercial clients. In addition, qualifiedcandidates must have the ability to follow up on leads, referrals, and to manage new andexisting customer expectations.Qualifications Self-motivated individual with an exceptional work ethic Ability to deliver superior customer service and maintain high quality standards Price and service negotiation skills are required Strong oral and written communication skills Minimum 3 years of Garage Door Industry knowledge/ outbound calling / insidesales experience Motivated self-starter with strong team work skills To research, manage, and negotiate customer expectation To conduct customer service follow up calls to new and existing customers May require ad hoc reporting on essential and non-essential operational salesinformation and metrics Intermediate Desktop Computer Software knowledge
