    We are seeking a detail-oriented Precision Hand Finishing Technician to join our manufacturing team.

    This position involves hand-finishing precision machined aerospace and defense components to exact specifications. The work requires patience, consistency, excellent hand-eye coordination, and a strong attention to detail.

    No aerospace deburring experience? We may be willing to train the right candidate.

    What You'll Do

    Perform precision deburring and edge-breaking operations on machined components

    Remove burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections to specification requirements

    Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and standard operating procedures

    Inspect parts visually and dimensionally to verify compliance with quality standards

    Use hand tools, abrasives, microscopes, and other precision finishing equipment

    Maintain consistency and quality across production batches

    Keep a clean and organized work area

    Communicate production and quality concerns with supervisors and team members

    Ideal Backgrounds

    We welcome candidates with experience in:

    Precision deburring

    Hand polishing

    Metal finishing

    Precision assembly

    Quality inspection

    Dental laboratory work

    Jewelry repair or finishing

    Watch or instrument repair

    Other detail-oriented manufacturing or hand-finishing work

    Preferred Qualifications

    1-3 years of manufacturing, finishing, polishing, assembly, inspection, or related experience

    Aerospace manufacturing experience is a plus

    Experience using hand tools and working with small precision components

    Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail

    Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistent quality

    Experience reading technical drawings is a plus

    Requirements

    Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident)

    Must be able to pass a background check

    Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
