    Job Description:

    Opportunity: Technical Operations Project Manager

    Onsite 3 days /week is preference - Boston area

    Key Responsibilities

    • Project manager for Technical Operations working with CMC sub-teams, including external vendors to drive project execution.
    • Accountable for delivery project objectives on-time, within budget and to the expected quality standards.
    • Establish project plans, timelines, and budgets for organizational projects and strategic initiatives..
    • Manage projects and use appropriate project management tools and resources to monitor and manage risks of both internal and external projects.
    • Facilitate functional governance meetings to drive strategic decision making.
    • Manage functional sub-team meetings to plan and monitor team activities, identify and triage risks and threats to projects or corporate initiatives, and work with team members to develop solutions to present to senior leadership.
    • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including team members, senior management, and CDMO partners.
    • Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and alignment of project objectives.
    • Maintain TechOps Project Budgets, working with sub-team leaders and finance on budget management.
    • Proactively resolve conflicts and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Establish and/or support departmental and organizational reporting/dashboarding to drive clarity and transparency including integration of clinical considerations into cross-functional plans

    Desired Skills And Experience

    • 2-5 years of project management experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
    • Strong understanding of project management tools and strategies for managing teams including firm understanding of risk assessments, RACI matrix, communication strategies, action logs, etc.
    • At least 7 years of experience working in one or more of the following fields: product development, manufacturing, CMC, process engineering, and/or analytical development, preferably in biologics.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in a science or health-related field.
    • Yellow or green belt certification preferred or strong understanding of process improvement strategies.
    • Track record of successful project management and process improvement
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
    • Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
    • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
