    Outside Sales Executive: Premier real estate investment firm seeking negotiation specialist that will close new business and provide consistent results. Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation:  Salary + commission Here's who you are:  Friendly, with a fully developed hunter mentality. Emotionally intelligent and a methodical consultative skill set required. Intuitively good with numbers, basic accounting and previous database/lead management experience preferred. You should be comfortable with technology and able to pick up new systems quickly. Oh... and be a complete Sales and Negotiation PRO! Responsibilities: • Attend company set appointments and negotiate win/win scenarios for both parties. • Build rapport with the home sellers, overcome objections and get the deal signed. • Be proficient in all channels of communication, phone, in person or via email/text. • Must be able to manage leads, follow up with prospects and find solutions to innumerable barriers. • Focused and driven, with a mindset to grow financially.  • Mastery of our CRM is imperative, be technically savvy, adaptable and stay on task until the deal is closed. • Be a sponge and capable of flourishing both individually or in a team environment. Qualifications: Driven to succeed in sales and in life You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitude You are a natural organizer, everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 Salary + commission
