Recruitment for TransUnited Financial Services-

POSITION: FUNDER

SALARY: $3500k monthly + $40 per closed loan bonus

 Our team is looking for a highly organized, detail oriented, self‐motivated team

player in the funding of mortgage loans. This is a long‐term position with the

ability to increase earnings as experience and knowledge are gained. Experience

preferred and must have experience with LOS systems .

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Review signed closing docs for accuracy and compliance.

 Initiate funding requests with warehouse banks and communicating final

funding figures to escrow.

 Track down missing loan documents

 Reviewing prior to fund conditions and ensure they are satisfied.

 Input funding information

 Set up wire for closing agent/title with funding department.

 Perform other duties as assigned

 Ability to meet deadlines

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 Analytical and organizational skills

 Excellent time management skills and meeting strict time guidelines
