FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Real estate-based private/direct lender seeking a FULL-TIME, IN-HOUSE Marketing Manager to maintain and coordinate all company public relations, marketing, social media and graphic design.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all social media accounts are updated regularly: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and any other current or upcoming social commerce sites.
- Focus on maintaining and growing all social media channels related to business and target audience.
- Develop innovative and creative posting strategies to reach and engage our target audience.
- Optimize processes to post and respond to clients in timely manner.
- Press releases and pitching
- Direct mail and email campaigns
- Organize and conduct interactive client experiences
- Manage advertising efforts, both print and digital
- Manage overall marketing budget
- SEO, web and copywriting experience preferred but not required
- Design and update marketing materials for sales teams and company needs
- Provide business Development strategies from a marketing standpoint
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualification requirements:
- Real estate industry experience preferred but not required.
- Relevant social media management, marketing and PR experience (3 years preferred).
- Creative thinking.
- Ability to perform all essential duties and responsibilities listed above.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with impeccable grammar and strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Photoshop/Illustrator and basic internet tools
- Detailed-oriented and organized.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, SEO and email marketing is a definite plus.
