Carlyle Capital is seeking a sharp, self-motivated Mortgage Loan Originator to work at our Irvine, CA office. We provide competitive compensation packages. No Cold Calling or established Book of Business required, however your Self Generated Originations are encouraged and rewarded with aggressive compensation. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct business in compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Field inbound call center loan inquiries through the direct sourcing of online applications, direct calls, email inquiries, Realtors
• Originate and negotiate terms and conditions of mortgage loans with clients
• Assist customers in securing the type of financing that best meets their needs
• Monitor pipeline closely to address unforeseen issues and solve for a solution, working with team to close loans timely
• Ensure customers expectations are met from origination through closing as measured by surveys

REQUIREMENTS

• NMLS Licensed
• Minimum 2 -3 years of Loan Officer experience
• Familiar with automated underwriting and LOS systems
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
• Effective oral and written communication skills; excellent follow-up
• Preferred Spanish speaking, but not required
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and produce results
• Detail oriented and well organized
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Creative/Innovative problem solver
• Proficiency with Microsoft office suite; including, Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent interpersonal skills
