MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Werum PASX -Senior Project Manager
Full Life Cycle Implementation of Werum PAS-X
Experience integrating PAS-X into SAP and LIMS (SAP is a must, LIMS or other platform will be sufficient)
Must be a very strong PM
NO H1B candidates, please.
Remote/ onsite when needed must be located near an airport, ideally an EAST Coast candidate.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of GMP life sciences industry experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience leading PAS-X projects that support "Release-by-Accepection."
- Experience with Hybrid, Waterfall, and Agile project methodologies
- Solid validation experience that supports MES project-related documents
Responsibilities
- Supports and drives cross-functional Project team.
- Develops and manages deliverables outlined for Delivery (site readiness for PAS-X full life cycle implementation, documentation, validation of local systems)
- Schedules, leads, and documents outcomes (actions, decisions etc.) of meetings including ad-hoc and routine updates/coordination
- Develops and adheres to project documents (e.g. charter, schedule, budget, resource loading, communication plans, etc.)
- Ensures agreement and alignment with department managers and steering team
- Acts as primary escalation point for issues/roadblocks and drives resolution or secondary escalation (project champion, StC) for major issues/roadblocks
- Presents to Steering Team on project metrics, status, and challenges
- Budget management (support from Project Management Department) and forecasting in accordance with approved project budget and site budget
