Production Supervisor

Job Description:

As a Production Supervisor, you will:

• Lead production team to meet business goals and KPIs in a safety-first work environment
• Plan and execute staffing and resourcing needs to meet production requirements
• Ensure daily production output meets targets in terms of quality, customer delivery schedule and process efficiency
• Lead daily production meetings and production issue resolution activities
• Work with engineering and quality functions to ensure delivered products comply with technical and quality requirements
• Train and coach employees and keep up the good spirit within production team
• Maintain high level of work safety and 5S practices within production area and equipment
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement in production team to meet production ramp up and business growth targets.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in assembly production preferred, leadership experience is a plus
• Experience with ISO guidelines a plus
• Desire to coach and develop production team
• Experience with lean manufacturing and quality management methods and tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERPs (Epicor)
