Precision Waterjet & Laser, Orange County's largest CNC waterjet, laser, fabricating & machining service contractor is seeking a highly experienced & detail oriented Inside Sales Engineer. Our ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to support the sales department. Candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be computer literate with knowledge of excel, word, ACT database software applications. This position is highly technical in nature & requires extensive working knowledge of machining, welding & metal fabrication.
Your job requirements will be:
-Service existing accounts, obtain new orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on & visit existing or potential customers.
-Prepare sales quotations/proposals and communicate them to prospects/customers.
-Attend and participate in sales meetings.
-Services customers by visiting, answering telephone, fax, and e-mail inquiries.
-Enter sales orders into mrp system; communicating expected delivery dates to customers; negotiate lead time.
-Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
-Have the ability to review and understand mechanical assembly drawings, customer supplied CAD models and machining drawings.
-Must be well organized and computer literate.
