RTD Talent Solutions is currently representing a well-established Orlando-based GC/CM with 30+ years of success, a strong presence across Central & South Florida working on projects hospitality, multifamily, commercial, education, and entertainment projects. They’re known for a preconstruction-driven model, early client engagement, and long-term negotiated work—less hard bid, more strategic partnership.
Position Summary
Support the estimating and preconstruction team by coordinating subcontractor outreach, bid documentation, and proposal logistics.
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for setting up the project on cloud storage, internal software programs and any additional cloud-based platforms utilized for solicitation of bids.
• Distribute bid invitations, manage coverage, and follow up with vendors. • Track responses, addenda, and subcontractor communications.
• Assist with scope review meetings and proposal assembly.
• Maintain subcontractor database and document control systems.
• Identify and prequalify new subcontractors.
• Support preconstruction team logistics and administrative needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
• 2–5 years of administrative, estimating support, or coordination experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and follow-up skills.
• Strong organizational ability and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Familiarity with construction trades and terminology preferred.
Education / Certifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
