WHO WE ARE

Healthcare providers spend over half their day typing, dictating, and searching through patient notes. We believe all that effort should be harnessed by the medical system to learn from every patient interaction and continually improve patient care.  Unfortunately, current systems are cumbersome to use and require additional effort from providers. 

We are developing a new kind of scribe service that uses machine learning to support our scribes.  This enables a system that learns from every patient interaction to help doctors take the best care of their patients.  We are excited for you to be a part of it!

ABOUT THE REMOTE UROLOGY MEDICAL SCRIBE POSITION

We are seeking experienced and devoted individuals to join our growing team as a remote medical scribe. The position is PART TIME and has the ability to WORK FLEXIBLY FROM HOME.  This exciting position provides EXPOSURE TO A FAST-PACED STARTUP ENVIRONMENT and SIGNIFICANT ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT WITHIN THE COMPANY.  Experience scribing in a urology setting is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Scribe and complete documentation for remote physician
• Record consultations or discussions with the patient and family. Record diagnosis, prescriptions, and follow-up instructions
• Assist in completing charts by scribing interactions, results of any lab, imaging, and other pertinent data into appropriate data fields

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Maintains a positive, caring attitude towards patients
• Able to work independently in an accountable fashion
• Good computer skills using a medical management application
• Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism
• Ability to effectively communicate

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have experience in a urology setting
• Must have experience in medical scribing or healthcare
• Must be available for a minimum of 15 hours per week
• Proficient typing speed
• One year commitment required
• Prefer applicants with familiarity of medical terminology

Job Types: Part-time (at least 15 hrs / week), Full-time (at least 35 hrs / week)

Salary: $11.00 to $16.00 /hour with opportunities for advancement within the company
