About the Role:

Join KAUFFMAN STRUCTURES as a Prefab Kits Worker/Driver, where you'll travel the East Coast and beyond, delivering high-quality prefab kits to our valued customers. This exciting role combines hands-on assembly work with driving, allowing you to experience diverse locations while contributing to innovative construction solutions.

Responsibilities:

Assemble and prepare prefab kits for delivery to customers across the East Coast.

Load and secure materials onto the delivery vehicle for safe transport.

Drive to various job sites, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.

Maintain accurate delivery logs and communicate with the logistics team.

Inspect materials and equipment for quality assurance before dispatch.

Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and on-site interactions.

Assist in inventory management and restocking of materials as needed.

Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the road and at job sites.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and medical card.

Experience in construction or assembly work preferred.

Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in prefab assembly.

Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
