    Are you interested in a versatile role with various responsibilities? We’re hiring a professional and proactive executive assistant to support our Branch Manager. You’ll be in charge of managing schedules, making travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, managing our client database, and making sure administrative tasks in the office run smoothly. Responsibilities: • Respond to email and written inquiries in a timely manner • Manage multiple CRM and databases to ensure accurate client information • Prepare a monthly expense report • Assist with social media content and placement • Assist with office events and schedule arrangements for travel if necessary • Assist with community events to market the company and increase brand awareness • Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity • Purchase office equipment/supplies when appropriate • Answer the branch phone daily • Manage the lobby and greet incoming guests two days a week Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required to apply • At least two years of administrative assistant experience • At least one year of mortgage lending experience preferred • Customer service, database management, and executive administrative experience are preferred • Prefer experience with Total Expert, Salesforce/Jungo, or other CRM • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs, CRMs, and social media channels with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner • Enjoys talking with clients and can communicate through verbal and written channels • Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Experience handling confidential information and adhering to strict deadlines Compensation: $45,000+ yearly DOE
