Apply Today Responsibilities: • Review the data gathered from the patient's tests and examinations, then make recommendations based on your findings • Consult with patients to learn about their physical condition including mobility issues or injuries • Use physical therapy on patients to reduce pain and improve mobility as advised by doctor • Keep records of the patient's medical history and follow all rules, regulations, and protocols • Obtain advice from and work together with other healthcare professionals • Evaluate and treat obstetric and pelvic health patients • Present and provide concierge level care such that patients are eager to continue with our services • Maintain proper physical therapy documentation and follow state guidelines for communication of plan of care with the patient’s physician • Stay up to date in the world of pelvic health and obstetric care for the physical therapist Weekly Expectations/ Schedule: • Weekly Team Huddle • Quarterly Staff Meeting • Annual Company Retreat • Customizable Patient Care Hours Qualifications: • We prefer candidates with some previous experience working directly with patients in a healthcare setting • This position requires a bachelor’s degree or higher and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) • Current state licensure in the state you practice • Successful candidates will need strong analytical, communication, and observational skills • Passage of the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) is required for this position • Experience in Women's Health (pelvic floor and obstetrics) including completed coursework in Pelvic Health 1 and 2 through the APTA (or equivalents) or willing/open to complete and receive additional training in this area! • Masters or Doctorate of Physical Therapy • Coachable and willing to learn • Organizational and multitasking ability • Excellent communication skills • Current state licensure in the state you practice • Successful candidates will need strong analytical, communication, and observational skills Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 projected earnings
