Responsibilities: • Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with Montessori principles and traditional academics, fostering a love for learning. • Guide students in developing their independence and confidence, encouraging them to take ownership of their learning journey. • Cultivate a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported. • Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to ensure a cohesive and enriching educational experience for all students. • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians, providing updates on student progress and addressing any concerns. • Assess and monitor student development, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs. • Encourage creativity and curiosity through hands-on activities and interactive learning experiences that captivate young minds. Qualifications: • Experience in early childhood education, preferably within a Montessori or similar educational setting. • Ability to create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with both Montessori principles and traditional academics. • Proven track record of fostering a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued. • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with parents, guardians, and fellow educators. • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs and monitor student development. • Experience in encouraging creativity and curiosity through hands-on activities and interactive learning experiences. • Commitment to professional growth and collaboration within a supportive educational community. Compensation: $17 - $23 hourly
