  • Responsibilities
    • Provide ERP systems support, training, report writing and configuration for clients implementing ERP solutions. - Work with project teams in defining, planning, and implementing the ERP solution as well as ISV solutions built for the specific ERP platform. - Travel, as necessary. ERP Support Specialist - preferred candidate's qualifications to include: - 1-2 years' experience as a mid-market ERP Systems Support Specialist (i.e., Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Intacct, NetSuite, or similar mid-market ERP software). - Experience with distribution/fulfillment process flow is a must and accounting experience is desired. - Expertise working with databases: understanding concepts, tables, and relationships with respect to report writing. - Experience working with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports. - Solid communication skills with good follow-up and follow-through on assigned tasks and responsibilities to timeline. - Ability to provide exceptional client service, demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment. Experience: - General Accounting knowledge/Finance/Business background. - ERP experience a plus. - MS Office and specifically Excel (required). Salary: Commensurate with experience.
