Specific Skills:

• MUST exhibit strong sense of urgency to resolve customer issues efficiently and calmly
• MUST be able to multi-task multiple projects at one time
• MUST be able to answer high call volume from homeowners and vendors
• Ability to work in an efficient manner with a high level or accuracy, attention to detail and follow-through
• MUST be bi-lingual in spanish
