    Job Description

    Premier Automotive is seeking a top-notch Executive Assistant to serve Owner/Founder Troy Duhon and their team in New Orleans. This person will serve as an integral part of Premier Automotive and the foundation, Giving Hope. As Mr. Duhon’s Executive Assistant, this individual will serve an important role—fielding calls, responding to emails, managing his calendar, overseeing all administrative tasks, and representing the company with professionalism and world-class service. In order to immediately add value, this person must be technically savvy and able to anticipate needs while remaining calm in a fast-paced environment. This person will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to remain organized, manage multiple tasks and offer solutions with confidence. This position offers a great opportunity for someone who is highly-reliable, detail-oriented, personable, and caring.


    • Manage inbound and outbound calls, calendar, appointments, and administrative tasks
    • Anticipate needs ahead of Mr. Duhon—printing reports, responding to emails, meeting preparation, travel itinerary, etc.
    • Collaborate with the family personal assistant to ensure schedule alignment with home calendar—occasionally step in and support Mr. Duhon with personal errands or family needs
    • Oversee travel arrangements in collaboration with the travel agency
    • File documents and paperwork to ensure an organized work-flow
    • Plan the annual New Orleans-based Christmas Party for Premier Automotive employees
    • Support the work of Giving Hope—event management, communication with the Board of Directors, etc.
    • Contribute to the company’s mission and vision through a sense of ownership and excitement
  • Qualifications


    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    • 3-5+ years of administrative experience required
    • Confident in making decisions on behalf of Owner/Founder
    • Professional and highly competent—takes ownership over administrative tasks
    • Flexible and positive in the midst of an ever-changing schedule and fast-paced environment
    • Organized and resourceful with a natural ability to multi-task
    • Approaches work responsibilities with high integrity, discretion, and an attitude of service
    • Communicates effectively over the phone, by email, and at high-level events
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to think ahead and deliver results
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
